Welcome!
I am an Associate professor of EU and Comparative Labour Law at the University of Luxembourg.
I have held a Jean Monnet Chair on the Sustainability of the European Social Model
I have previously held research and teaching positions at the University of Bologna, from which I obtained a PhD in Labour Law. I have served as visiting researcher and visiting professor at the universities of Turin, Vienna, Louvain, and Bordeaux.
My work focuses on in-work poverty and minimum wages, and on the digitalisation of work relations.
I regularly provide my expertise in European, international and national contexts, including for European institutions.
My research has been supported by grants from the EU (Horizon2020, DG EMPL), the Luxembourg Research Fund (FNR), and the Italian MIUR (PRIN).
